Q. Do you have resources for me to use in my promotions?
A.Yes we do, please log in to your affiliate account and go to the affiliate resources. There, you can select the promo materials of your choice such as banners, email copy, text ads, etc. Your affiliate number is already included in the links offered, so you will always benefit from your referrals!
Q. I registered as an affiliate, but I didn’t receive my affiliate details.
A.Your affiliate details are emailed automatically to the email address supplied upon registration, it may take up to an hour to receive these details. Please make sure you check your spam filter as well. If you haven’t received your affiliate details after one hour of registering, please Contact our Affiliate Support., we will then resend you the welcome email.
Q. I lost my affiliate details, how can I retrieve them?
A.Please check your in box for our welcome email first, which was send upon registration. If you still can’t find your affiliate details, please Contact our Affiliate Support, and we will email them to you.
Q. I made a sale but I haven’t been paid as yet. When will I get my commission?
A.We pay all commissions on the 15th of every month. To qualify for payment, the total commission to be paid out must be at least $50USD, which equates to 2 sales of VBS. Please see our terms and conditions as available on the affiliate sign up page for further details.
Q. My details (Payment details, email address, company name, etc) have changed. How can I update these?
A.Most of these details can simply be changed within the profile of your affiliate account. Just log in and go to “my profile” to update any details you need. If there are further details that need to be changed that are not covered in the profile, please contact our customer support center
